Refund & Return Policy

At Purely Beloved, your happiness is our priority. That's why all of our products come with a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 72 hours of receiving it, we will do everything we can to ensure you are happy with the resolution.

Any refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days.

Delivered in Good Condition

If your order arrives in good condition and on time, but you wish to return the product for any reason, please reach out to info@purely-beloved.com with your order number.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. After this period, we will be unable to process returns.
  • A flat-rate handling and delivery fee of $7.95 will be charged for each returned item.

Broken or Damaged Item Policy

If any item arrives broken or damaged, please send a picture of the damaged product along with your order number to info@purely-beloved.com. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.


Cancellation Policy

We take pride in our fast processing, shipping, and delivery. Once an order is placed, our team immediately begins preparing it for the next shipment pick-up.

As a result, we only have a 3-hour cancellation window. Any cancellation requests submitted after this window cannot be accommodated, as the order is likely already packed and scheduled for transit the following day.

However, you can still return the package for a refund, excluding any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway.

Payment Gateway Fees

Please note that payment gateways, such as PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay, impose non-refundable transaction fees ranging from 3.5% to 4.7% for each payment processed through their platforms. As a result, any refund requests will incur corresponding payment gateway fees.

For example, if you cancel an order valued at $125, and the PayPal transaction fee is 4.5%, your refund amount will be $114.60.

For orders under $99, a flat deduction of $7.95 per unit will be applied to cover payment processor transaction fees.
